Most patients can return to their normal routine after five days, but for several months, some patients should avoid overly active sports, smoking, and spicy or salty foods. For a while, it is not advisable to wear glasses with heavy frames. Nose trauma during physical activity should be avoided for at least 6 months.

The result of nose surgery

The final aesthetic result is visible only after healing is complete, but changes in shape are noticeable almost immediately after surgery. The effect of the surgery is long-lasting. The process of shaping and correcting the nose after plastic surgery takes about six months, sometimes up to a year. Therefore, the final result should be evaluated after this period.
