Cheek lift

Cheek implants

The operation is performed under general anesthesia. During the procedure, incisions are made inside the mouth, and implants are inserted through them and attached to the bone.

After such an operation, the face will be swollen, you may feel numbness, tightness, and bruising may be visible.

Injections

Another way to lift the cheeks is through tissue filler injections. This is a much simpler method because it is performed in a doctor's procedure room and is not an invasive surgery. Cheek lifting with injections is a quick procedure, after which you can immediately return to your daily activities. The downside is that tissue filler injections need to be repeated, as their effect lasts for 1 to 1.5 years.

Cheek augmentation with injections can be performed using hyaluronic acid or calcium hydroxylapatite fillers.

Face threads

Another modern and very attractive minimally invasive method used for a facelift is facial surgical threads. In this case, special threads are inserted, which hook onto the facial tissues with their tiny barbs, allowing them to be lifted upwards. The effect of facial threads lasts for about 3-5 years. Some of them can be re-tightened later.
