My understanding of body aesthetics has been shaped through accumulated experience in this field.<br>I drew inspiration for body aesthetics from the works of artists: they have an excellent understanding of human anatomy and a feel for proportions. In artists' creations, I discover elements of body and facial aesthetics, and the harmony and beauty of the human body. My understanding of aesthetics was also shaped by my patients. No one knows how to present themselves better than a woman, so my patients' preferences have greatly influenced my understanding of beauty.<br>I value the natural beauty of the body and face, shaped by nature and most perfectly revealed in youth. Here, we are two equal partners: one of us wants change, the other can implement it. Therefore, my main task is to listen to the patient's wishes and evaluate their imagined changes. It is very important that the patient's expectations are realistic, that they understand that they will have to experience discomfort during the postoperative period. Only after a thorough conversation do we both make decisions.<br>In aesthetic medicine today, advertising and slogans often hide a desire to simply sell. Doctors of my generation became professionals in a less commercial environment. Therefore, thorough professionalism is a given, an undeclared matter for me.<br>Working at \u201eChristinas Clinic\u201c in Tallinn, I participate in TV projects where I can fully realize my understanding of aesthetics. The project has gained significant interest in Estonia. During the TV shows, we had the opportunity to demonstrate the real results of aesthetic surgeries and procedures, and to debunk common misconceptions.<br>Based on accumulated experience and an understanding of body aesthetics shaped by over 25 years of work, I recommend the methods best suited to fulfilling patients' desires.
